Executive Team

Rich Rettstadt

A veteran of the cable contracting industry, has 22 years experience in the industry. Previously he served as Executive Vice President for Viasource Communications, the country’s largest publicly held broadband fulfillment provider. Previously, Rich founded one of the Viasource cornerstone acquisitions, Communication Resources Inc. (CRI). Over the years, CRI provided a range of service to the cable TV industry including Collections and Disconnects, Installation, and Audits. Collections and Disconnects was always the foundation at CRI. CRI pioneered the collection, retention, and recovery business for the cable contracting industry. Developing a program to save customers, recover equipment, all with a customer service approach.

Rick Beltz

A principal and co-founder of Makotek, has 12 years experience in the communications industry. Previously he served as South Division COO of Viasource Communications, the country’s largest publicly held broadband fulfillment provider and as a Regional Manager/VP with Time Warner. While with Viasource, Rick developed, serviced and managed numerous Broadband Installation and Collections & Disconnect service projects.

Jim DeCastro

A principal and co-founder of Makotek, has 18 years experience in the communications industry. Previously he served as Regional Manager for the southeast United States for of Viasource Communications, the country’s largest publicly held broadband fulfillment provider and VP of Operations for Communication Resources Inc. (CRI) where he oversaw operations and was responsible for all the company start-ups in Installation, Collections and Disconnects, and Audits.
