Field Retention and Disconnect Technician

Earn top pay to save and disconnect customers for local cable TV operators.

Will train, no experience is necessary. Benefits are available after 90 days of employment. Our clients include all the major cable operators such as Brighthouse, Time Warner, Comcast, and Insight.

Technician’s responsibilities include:

• Visits to cable customer residences to retain the customer for the client.
• Disconnect customer’s cable TV lines from the pole or pedestal.
• Pickup cable converters and modems from the customer.

Eligible candidates must:

• Have a current driver’s license without restrictions.
• Able to pass a criminal background check and drug screen.
• Use personnel pick-up truck, van or SUV that is capable of transporting a 28’ ladder.
• Able to lift and carry 75-90 lbs and work repeatedly from heights of up to 30 feet.
• Work evening and weekend hours.
